Walter Football

This week’s featured blog is WalterFootball.com.  Walter Football is run by Walter Cherepinsky.  The site is primarily focused on NFL Mock Drafts and offers a glance to the future of all 32 NFL teams.  The site has gained a huge following since its inception over a decade ago.

Loyal followers flock back time and time again to read the latest rumblings from the NFL.  As the NFL has grown increasingly popular in the 2010’s so has the need for current information.  Fans are no longer satisfied with tuning into the game for three hours on Sunday.  Die-hard fans have no off-season and Walter Football caters to that incessant need for rumors and more.  Mock drafts offer hope to all franchises and can spark excellent debates on what exactly which need a team should be addressing in the NFL Draft.

The NFL Draft itself is a mammoth topic for one blog to cover yet Walter Football also delves into NFL Free Agency, Fantasy Sports and MLB & NBA Mock Drafts.  The team at Walter Football works around the clock to deliver the most current and accurate information available to the fans.  The blog does an excellent job of staying up to date on all topics.  Often times a blog will lose focus and skip a couple days, which turns into weeks, but not this blog.

If you are a die-hard sports fan, you will love the content being perpetually pushed out by the brass of Walter Football.  Once again you can access their blog at the link below.

Unpredictable Football League

With another week in the books, lots of jockeying continues in both the NFC and AFC.  Handicapping NFL games is no longer an exact science.  Seattle, a team who dominates at home and I mean dominates – with only 1 home loss in the past 3 seasons took the loss against a “surprise” Dallas Cowboys team who has now rattled off five straight W’s.  There is no such thing as a lock in the NFL anymore.  The Browns made easy work of the Steelers.  The Calvin Johnson & Reggie Bush-less Lions go into Minnesota and win easy.  I suppose the only real constant would be the Raiders & Jaguars losing – other than that, it’s a very open league at the moment.  Denver has seen their share of close games, same goes with usual playoff mainstays Green Bay, Cincinnati and New England.  Six weeks into the campaign and many teams have tallied their fair share of bumps and bruises.  These next few games will go a long way in deciding who is for real and who should start prepping for the NFL Draft early.  If these first six weeks are any indication of what is next to come, all bets are off.
