NFL Thursday Night Football 9/20
BROWNS WIN! BROWNS WIN! BROWNS WIN! And that is not a typo, something you may not have seen in a while but the Browns have finally won a game. Their first 2 games of the season were battles and they came up slightly short in both but the Browns actually won a game of football. The first half was not pretty as the Jets were up 14-0 and QB Tyrod Taylor was struggling. They had 1 option left, bring in #1 overall pick rookie Baker Mayfield, and he did not disappoint. Baker came into the game down 14-0 and was ready for action. In his first NFL appearance Mayfield went 17-23 for 201 yards and lead the Browns to their first victory in over a year. He had chemistry immediately with wide receiver Jarvis Landry and got some help from running back Carlos Hyde. The city of Cleveland is ready for the next generation of football and is expecting great this from this new look Browns teams.

NFL Week 2 Review:
NFL Week 2 was filled with high scoring games and some record-breaking performances. First up, the Chief’s young QB Patrick Mahomes is proving why they gave up Alex Smith to make room for him. After his 4 TD performance in week 1, he went for 6 passing touchdowns in week 2 to lead his team to a 42-37 victory over the Steelers. Mahomes 10 touchdowns in the first 2 weeks of the season is an NFL record that will be tough to beat. After a week 1 tie for the Browns, they put up another tough fight against Drew Brees and the Saints but fell just short and lost 21-18. The NFL had another tie in week 2 when the Vikings squared off against the Packers. Future hall of fame QB Aaron Rodgers was playing on an injured knee but gave it everything he had This game ended in a 29-29 tie. Vikings QB Kirk Cousins had to throw for 425 yards and 4 touchdowns just to keep his team in the game. Did you know? All of our items are also listed on eBay. Finally, the Jaguars got their revenge on Tom Brady and the Patriots with a strong 31-20 victory without their top running back Leonard Fournette. The final game from week 2 on Monday night was a battle in the windy city. The Seahawks headed to Chicago to face Khalil Mack and the Bears. Russel Wilson gave it everything he could but the Bears defense was to much for him. Young QB Mitch Trubisky and their new wide receiver Allen Robinson were in sync as they connected 10 times for 83 yards.

Thursday Night Football Review 9/13
Last nights Thursday Night football game started out quickly as the Bengals were out to prove they were coming for the division title this season. The first quarter was all Cincinnati as they scored 2 easy touchdowns, both by star Wide Receiver AJ Green. He added a third touchdown to his night early in the second quarter but that was pretty much it for him for the entire game. Bengals young running back Joe Mixon headed back into the locker room in the first quarter with an injury but returned later in the game to help bolster the run game. Mixon ended with 85 yards on the ground. On the other side of the football, Flacco was forced to drop back to pass 55 times since the run game was going no where. Flacco only completed 32 of those 55 attempts for 375 yards. The final score ended at 34-23 in favor of the home town Cincinnati Bengals defeating the now 1-1 Baltimore Ravens. AJ Green Autographed Memorabilia was jumping during the broadcast. Signed AJ Green footballs, mini helmet and UNIFrames were getting plenty of clicks.

All eyes are on Adrian Peterson to see if he has been brought back from the dead in D.C or if week 1 was a fluke. The Buffalo Bills have decided to start rookie QB Josh Allen and face off against the Jets and their rookie QB Sam Darnold. The Patriots and Jags face off in a AFC Championship rematch. The Jags look to put their foot on the gas and not let Tom terrific make a comeback this time and prove that his reign has ended. Sunday Night football heads to Dallas for a divisional battle between the high powered Giants offense led by rookie sensation Saquon Barkley and star wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. Both teams are looking to get their first win of the season and only 1 can walk out on top.

The Sports Day that was August 28, 2018:
As the MLB season continue to get closer and closer to the end of the season, every start counts ever more as the Cy Young race continues. Once again Mets ace Jacob deGrom proves why he should be the NL Cy Young winner. DeGrom pitched 8 innings last night, allowing only 1 run and striking out 10! Aaron Nola also took the mound last night as he pitched 7 quality innings allowing 1 run and striking out 8! Get both of their signed sports memorabilia as sportscollectibles.com
The AL East playoff race continued as the Yankees and Red Sox both had close games last night. The Yankees were down 4-0 midway through the 6th inning but were determined to make a comeback. Rookie sensation Miguel Andujar hit his 22nd homer of the season which got his season total to 22 and got his 74th RBI of the season. After getting 2 more in the 8th inning to tie the game up from an Aaron Hicks homer it was going to be a battle in the 9th inning. Yankees pinch hitter Neil Walker steps up to the plate, and a few pitches later the ball left the field and Walker hit a walk off over the right field fence. This meant one thing for the Red Sox, they need to win to stay 6.5 games up on the Yankees. And they did just that in an offensive battle. The Red Sox topped the Miami Marlins 8-7. Autographed Mookie Betts Signed Baseballs have skyrocketed during his 2018 AL MVP campaign. Top risers in the National League are Shortstop Javier Baez autographed products. The Chicago Cubs are the top selling team and hold the best record in the National League. Autographed Cubs baseballs are great collector’s items.

Red Sox hope Mookie’s big 2018 season finishes with a bang as they look to hold off the Yankees in the AL East race.
In other News:
Its that time of the year again when Pre-Season football is in full swing and the starters have played their 20 snaps of the season and now we get to see all the back-ups fight for that last spot on the roster. Most starting positions are decided before the season has begun, but there may be some players who are really trying to challenge their veteran counterparts. The biggest QB battle is between rookie QB Baker Mayfield and veteran Tyrod Taylor. Both these QB options have very high ceilings with their explosive ability to run as well as their ability to throw the long ball. But which will win the job? Which will give the Browns the best chance to win? One thing is for sure, both of their signed sports collectibles are available as sportscollectibles.com.
The next QB battle might not be as close of a call but is a very interesting scenario. The Ravens gave Joe Flacco the big bucks but rookie QB Lamar Jackson has been showing his skills throughout the pre-season and wants to become the starter sooner rather than later. His ability to run is something that interest head coaches and the offensive coordinator. Lets see if the Ravens get off to a slow start if they will jump to Lamar to jumpstart that offense. Get all of their hand signed jerseys or photographs at sportscollectibles.com
